Welcome
Nether Boreland is a charming old Coachhouse with comfortable accommodation in the heart of the Scottish lowlands. We have one twin and two double bedrooms, en-suite or private bath, a guest's sitting room with open log fire. TV, free wifi, electric blankets, clock, hairdryer, and tea/coffee tray in all rooms. Full Scottish breakfast with our own eggs. Pet’s very welcome. We are part of a carriage driving centre, take a scenic carriage drive or have a trial lesson – you might find a new activity! Or just come and enjoy the glorious landscape of the Scottish borders, wander around our Equestrian Centre and meet the ponies, sheep, pigs and poultry!

Our Equestrian Centre is across the road from the guesthouse. There is just the pavement to negotiate then the access is level. We regularly conduct equestrian activities for people with disabilities and additional needs, including wheelchair users. But unfortunately the farmhouse guesthouse is very old so is not suitable for wheelchair users.
