Our car park is located underneath the hotel, it has two floors; Lower Ground (LG) and Basement (B). Its is barrier entry, when you arrive you take a ticket and park. It has space for 200 vehicles over the two floors. The price for parking is:
Residents - £9.00 for overnight stay, at check-out please have your ticket ready to be validated at Reception.
Conference delegates - £7.50 for max 10 hours. Please validate your ticket at Reception.
Leisure club members - 2 hours free

We have 7 disabled bays, all of which are on the Lower Ground (LG) next to the lift. There are 2 doors to go through from the car park to get to the lift. We have two lifts available that will take you to all 8 floors in the hotel. To get to Reception this is one floor up from Lower Ground (LG).

We have vibrating pillows and Evac chairs on site.
For any other equipment hire we use Mobility Equipment Hire Direct .Company is based in Glasgow and can deliver wheelchairs/hoists/commodes/scooters same day delivery if ordered before noon. Some items may need to come from a supplier but usually an overnight service. This place is closed on the weekends.

Emergency evacuation procedures
Our fire alarm is tested every Monday at 3pm. Guests and visitors do not need to leave the building during this time. If the alarm sounds at any other time then please treat this as an emergency.
