Yellingham Farm is a beautiful, unspoilt, small working farm in the heart of East Devon. The farmhouse is Grade II listed and dates back to the 16th century. It provides excellent spacious bed and breakfast accommodation and showcases a fabulous balance of traditional country meets modern makeover.

Travel by public transport
There is a train station at Feniton and we can arrange to pick guests up from the station, which is approximately 2 miles from the farm. It is however advisable to come by car as Yellingham Farm is very rural. A list of local taxi firms is availble for guests.

The guest lounge is a large room directly off the main entrance and at the bottom of the stairs leading to the guest bedrooms.

Our menu is very varied and seasonal. All guests are asked for dietary requirements on booking.
Getting around outside
There are 2 main gardens. One is adjacent to the farmhouse and is a short walk to the lawn and polytunnel where fruit and vegetables for the Bed and breakfast are grown.
The second garden meanders through an orchard and then down across a lawn to a seating area beside a beautiful pond.
