Welcome

Architecturally unique, Will’s Tree House offers a simply stunning tree-top location from which to enjoy the tranquil views of Winchcombe Farm.

Four sycamore and ash trees are clever central design features of this beautiful accommodation which is finished to the highest of standards.

Luxury and attention to detail go hand in hand to ensure a truly memorable experience for every guest. Stand-out features include a private hot tub situated on a lower deck, a spacious wraparound decking area with plenty of comfortable seating and outdoor shower hidden in an alcove for privacy.

Travel by public transport

Our tree house is only accessible by car or taxi due to our remote location.

Travel by taxi

You can get a taxi with Cherwell Cars by calling 01295 255555. The taxi company has a wheelchair accessible vehicle.

Parking

We have a car park. The parking is less than 50 metres from the main entrance. Parking is free.
There is car parking next to the gated entrance of the treehouse. This leads to a ramp to the main entrance of the treehouse. There are two steps up to the main door and a low threshold at the entrance. Access is also possible through the French windows (to avoid the steps) across a low threshold (10 cm). From the parking to the main entrance, there are 2 steps. There is no ramp and no lift.

The path is sloped.

The door is 7000mm wide.
The main entrance has 1 steps.
The main door is side hung and manual.
When you arrive, we can help carry your luggage.

Will’s Tree House is accessed via a ramp that is suitable for wheelchair users. There is one small step up (about 10cms) to enter through the French doors or two steps up to enter through the front door. The hot tub can be entered into at ground level (a glass gate partitions this off for safety). There are two steps up from the main living space to the kitchen, which have grab rails each side.

Getting around inside

Bedrooms

All bedrooms have windows.
Bedrooms have ceiling lights, bedside lamps, desk or table lamps, spot lights and natural daylight.
Lights are halogen, LED and energy saving. Some lights can be controlled independently.
TVs have subtitles.
All bedrooms are non-smoking.
We have non-allergic bedding.
No bedrooms have fitted carpets.
We can give details of our cleaning products on request. We do not allow pets on site.
We can move the bedroom furniture, to improve accessibility.
No bedrooms have level access. The bedroom nearest the main entrance has 1 steps.
We have bathrooms with a bath and overhead shower. The shower has a handrail.
The direction of transfer onto the toilet is to the front only.

We have a separate kitchen and dining room. From the main entrance to the kitchen, there is level access.

The table and plates have high colour contrast.
From the main entrance to the dining room, there are 2 steps. There is no lift and no ramp.

The main entrance leads straight into the kitchen. There are two steps down into the main living area.

Lounge

From the main entrance to the lounge, there are 2 steps. There is no lift and no ramp.

Getting around outside

Woodland area

From the main entrance to the gardens, there are 4 steps. There is no lift and no ramp.
The route is sloped.

You can access the woodland area from the side gate entrance, which is level, or down 5 steps from the rear deck of the tree house.

To get to a table, there is 1 step.
From the main entrance to the terrace, there is 1 step.

There is a low threshold from the kitchen (main entrance) onto the decking area

Hot tub

There is a glass door to allow you to step down into the hot tub without having to go up or down any steps.

Registered assistance dogs only can go to the toilet anywhere in the grounds, but please clear up after your dog as children play in all the areas.

The tree house does have power points that could be used, however you'd need a very long extension cable from the tree house down to the designated parking area.

You can hire mobility equipment from Marsden Mobility by calling 01295 233776.

We have other services for people with accessibility requirements.
