Welcome

Waterford is a luxury New England style Beach House right on the Dunes in Bamburgh. There are 4 upstairs bedrooms for up to 7 adults, we're family & dog friendly. The house has its own secure gardens with off road parking for 3 cars and a 7.5KW EV charger. Inside, the downstairs has a contemporary open plan layout with log burner, bifold doors out to the rear patio, plantation shuttering, & luxurious hand crafted Neptune Kitchen with Siemens & Bosch appliances. A separate utility, WC and study. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, a superking master with en-suite shower room, a twin room, kingroom & a single, plus a family bathroom with separate walk-in shower.

Travel by public transport

You can get to Waterford by bus and train.
There is a regular X18 bus service between Newcastle and Berwick that stops in Bamburgh The bus stop is 0.1 miles / 0.2 km from Waterford.
The nearest train station is Berwick or Alnmouth. The train station is 20 miles / 32.2 km from Waterford.

Travel by taxi

You can get a taxi with Parks Taxis by calling 01665 720542. You can get a taxi with Sovereign Taxis by calling 01665 602200.

We have a car park. The parking is less than 50 metres from the main entrance. Parking is free.
There is a drop-off point at the main entrance. The drop-off point has a dropped kerb.
From the car park to the entrance, there is level access. The route is 1500mm wide, or more.

Lights are LED and energy saving. TVs have subtitles.
All bedrooms are non-smoking.
We have non-allergic bedding.
All bedrooms have fitted carpets.
The bedroom nearest the main entrance has 15 steps.
We have bathrooms with a separate shower.
Some showers have a seat.
The direction of transfer onto the toilet is to the left and right.

There are 3 steps from the front door & porch into the front garden. The front can also be accessed from the back door via the side gates without steps.

Assistance dogs can use the garden as a toilet area, however we require dog mess to be cleaned up and binned
We have an area to charge mobility scooters and battery powered wheelchairs.
