Welcome

Tolsta is a remote rural holiday cottage set in a group of buildings that were once stabling for nearby Auchmore House. The property features a patio area to the front with a large garden and sunroom with views west towards the mountains. There is a downstairs lounge with log-fire and sofa seating. The kitchen (up a short flight of steps) is fully fitted with a dining table and seating for 6. There are three bedrooms upstairs. There is one downstairs bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and sink.

Travel by public transport

Property is located a mile from the village of Killin along a rough farm track.

Parking

We have a car park. The parking is less than 50 metres from the main entrance. Parking is free.
There is a drop-off point at the main entrance. The drop-off point has a dropped kerb.
From the car park to the entrance, there is level access.

There is parking available in the courtyard beside the property.

Bedrooms

All bedrooms have windows.
Bedrooms have ceiling lights, bedside lamps and natural daylight.
All bedrooms are non-smoking.
All bedrooms have fitted carpets.

We have an open plan kitchen.
From the main entrance to the kitchen, there are 3 steps. There is no lift and no ramp.
