Welcome

Tigh Muileann is a large holiday home in the village of Killin, located nearby the Falls of Dochart and the local tourist information centre. There are three steps to the front and back door. Downstairs is a kitchen, dining room, lounge, double bedroom and triple bedroom. There are 3 steps in the hall leading to two jack-and-jill bedrooms with shared en-suite. There is also a family bathroom downstairs. Upstairs there is a second lounge area.

Parking

There is parking near the venue. Parking is free.
There is a drop-off point at the main entrance. The drop-off point has a dropped kerb.
From the parking to the main entrance, there are 4 steps. There is no ramp and no lift.

There are 4 steps to the front door with a hand rail on the right hand side.

From the street to the main entrance, there are 4 steps. There is no ramp and no lift.

Main entrance

The main entrance has 4 steps.
This entrance has a handrail.
The main door is side hung and manual.

Access to the front door is up a flight of 4 steps with a handrail to the right hand side. At the rear of the property is the parking space. Access to the back door is down a flight of 4 steps, then a ramp.

Bedrooms have ceiling lights, bedside lamps and natural daylight.
TVs have subtitles.
All bedrooms are non-smoking.
Some bedrooms have fitted carpets.

We have a separate kitchen and dining room. From the main entrance to the kitchen, there is level access.
The table and plates have high colour contrast.
From the main entrance to the dining room, there is level access.

From the main entrance to the area, there are 4 steps.

Steps down from the parking area. Or a ramp up from the back door.
