One of the country's leading event and conference venues, Telford International Centre is at the heart of Shropshire and the heart of the UK.

With 15,000 square meters of blank-canvas space, we work with all of our clients to transform TIC into a stunning business, conference, exhibition or sporting event space that helps them achieve their event objectives.

Unique to such a large event and conference space, all of our services or run directly by us, which means we can be flexible to meet any exacting requirements.  We have two on-site hotels, which are part of the same Group, providing immediate accommodation options for any venue visitors, plus hundreds more rooms in just a short walk.

Travel by public transport

You can get to Telford International Centre by bus and train.
Telford International Centre has it's own bus stop right outside the venue, on St Quentin Gate. The bus stop is 0.1 miles / 0.2 km from Telford International Centre.
The nearest train station is Telford Central Station. The train station is 1 miles / 1.6 km from Telford International Centre.

Travel by taxi

You can get a taxi with Go Carz by calling 01952 501050.

Parking

We have a car park. There are accessible parking spaces. The parking is less than 50 metres from the main entrance. Parking is free.
There is a drop-off point at the main entrance. The drop-off point has a dropped kerb.
From the car park to the entrance, there is level access. The path is sloped.
The route is 3000mm wide, or more.

You can get a lift to all floors.

The lift door is 2000mm wide.
The lift is 2500mm wide. The lift is 2500mm deep.
The lift says the floor number at each floor.
The lift buttons have raised numbers or letters.
The lift shows the floor number, at each floor.

Ticket/ information desk

Reception

From the main entrance to the desk, there is level access. The route is 10000mm wide, or more.
The door is 3000mm wide, or more.

Spectator/ Audience viewing areas

There are stewards to help disabled visitors.
There are specific stewards to help disabled visitors.

Getting around outside

Smoking area near entrance 4

From the main entrance to the smoking area, there is level access. The route is 5000mm wide, or more.
The entrance is 2000mm wide.
The smoking area has a shelter.

Customer care support

We provide wheelchairs. Wheelchairs are free.
We have a hearing loop in Available in the venue (depending on the organiser requirements).
Outside of the venue on the QEII arena area.
