Welcome

Staying Cool has bridged the gap between stylish boutique hotels and top notch holiday rentals for the past decade with our 35 bed architectural stunner atop the iconic Rotunda in Birmingham.

We have four apartment types - from studios (Minis) to Penthouses (two en-suite bedrooms) - right in the heart of the city centre. This guide focuses on Clubman (one bed, one bathroom apartments). For other apartment types please visit https://www.stayingcool.com/accessibility-matters/. Stay like a stylish local. Enjoy great design, space and show-off views.

Come and find out why our guest review scores have been 90+% since we opened.
