Welcome

The Skye Inn offers 24 cosy guest rooms with modern ensuite bathrooms. Whether you are travelling solo, as a couple, with your dog, or with friends & family, we have a room to accommodate you. We are the perfect place to relax and rest your head with a hot shower and a comfortable bed. All our rooms are on the ground floor, one is fully accessible, two require no steps, and the others require a maximum of 6 steps to access. We also have six interconnecting rooms. You will experience modern Scottish comforts and the finest island hospitality; home-cooked meals, local beers and drams by the fire, and a friendly team who love to have a wee chat and help visitors make the most of their time on Skye.

Travel by public transport

You can get to The Skye Inn by bus.
The bus will drop you in Somerled Square. Exit Somerled Square via the road at the Isle Inn. Go up the hill on Home Farm Road and take the second left onto Springfield Road. Head down Springfield Road, past Springfield Guest House, you with find us on the right The bus stop is 0.4 miles / 0.6 km from The Skye Inn.

Travel by taxi

You can get a taxi with Gus's Taxis by calling 01478 613000. The taxi company has a wheelchair accessible vehicle.

Parking

We have a car park. There are accessible parking spaces. The parking is less than 50 metres from the main entrance. Parking is free.
There is a drop-off point at the main entrance. The drop-off point has a dropped kerb.
From the car park to the entrance, there is level access. There is a permanent ramp.

We can move the bedroom furniture, to improve accessibility.

We cater for sugar free (diabetic), vegetarian, gluten free (celiacs), lactose free (dairy free), nut free and vegan specific diets.

We have an area to charge mobility scooters and battery powered wheelchairs.
