Welcome

Shilling Brewing Co. is a microbrewery and taproom in the heart of Glasgow City Centre, boasting the largest selection of draught beer in Scotland, as well as a rotational offering of cans and bottles from local breweries and beyond.With over 30 taps, our in-house brewed classics like Machine Gun Lager, Unicorn IPA and Glasgow Red sit proudly alongside the brightest names in brewing. 

Not to be outshone by our beers, our hand stretched pizzas are second to none. Stone baked in our cupola oven, with an abundance of gluten free and vegan options as well as weekly specials. There's nothing more satisfying when the hunger kicks in. Served 12-9:30pm every day.

Our pizzeria has a menu that caters to all of the dietary requirements selceted above. Gluten free bases are always available, and we have a wide selection of vegan options.
