Welcome

We are Scapa Fest, leave no trace multi-day outdoor yoga and adventure experiences designed to create the least environmental impact while helping people escape the routine, regain inspiration and discover their true nature.

We bring together the most inspiring global experts in mind-body health, outdoor education and environmental action to deliver immersive practical and educational sessions to families and individuals who attend from all over the world.

Our event programme is designed to encourage strong families, healthier bodies and environment protection every step of the way.

A one-a-kind experience for all mind-body-nature explorers.

Travel by public transport

You can get to Scapa Fest, the UK's Yoga and Adventure Festival by bus, train and boat or ferry.
Our nearest bus stop is Cairndow War Memorial. The bus stop is 1.2 miles / 1.9 km from Scapa Fest, the UK's Yoga and Adventure Festival.
The nearest train station is Our nearest train station is Arrochar & Tarbet.. The train station is 13.3 miles / 21.4 km from Scapa Fest, the UK's Yoga and Adventure Festival.

Location

Scapa Fest is held on the grounds of the stunning Ardkinglas Estate on the shores of Loch Fyne. Ardkinglas is situated just 1 hour drive from Glasgow and 2 hours from Edinburgh and is easily accessible by car, bus, train and even boat!  You can find out more information about the venue and the area on our page about Loch Fyne.

Please bear in mind that parking is limited and we kindly ask you to be considerate to the land and car share or use public transport as much as possible!

By Coach

There is a DIRECT coach from Glasgow Airport, Glasgow Buchanan Street Bus Station and Glasgow Westend. The stop is Cairndow War Memorial and is a few minutes walk from Scapa Fest! Check the timetable and book your return journey from the Citylink website.

By Train

Trains leave from Glasgow Queen Street, Fort William or Oban. You alight at Arrochar & Tarbet station. A taxi service to the festival is available. Please book ahead by calling 07813 808 225.

By Air

From Glasgow Airport, travel west on the M8 motorway. Take the Erskine bridge and then take the A82 north to Tarbet, signposted Crianlarich. Then as above when travelling from the south.

By car/campervan

The postcode for the Scapa Fest car park is PA26 8BG.

Our car park is located off the A815 road to Dunoon.

On the road, follow the signs for Scapa Fest , then Parking.

Everything will be clearly signposted and our Parking Team will be there to welcome you when you arrive.

Please car share as much as possible as space is restricted, and please pack light! The campsite is a 5 min-walk through the estate from the car park.

We have a car park. Parking is not free.
From the car park to the entrance, there is level access. The path is sloped.
The route is 2000mm wide, or more.
We have a transport service, to take visitors from the car park to the main entrance.

Our site access is mainly gravel paths with uneven sections of paved and grassy paths.

From the main entrance to the shop, there is level access. The route is 2000mm wide, or more. The route through the shop is 800mm wide, or more.

Place to eat and drink

Scapa Kitchen

From the main entrance to the dining area, there is level access. The route is 2000mm wide, or more. To get to a table, there are no steps.
The dining area is self-service. If you need table service, staff can help you.
The route through the dining area is 800mm wide, or more.
There is no background music.
We cater for vegetarian, gluten free (celiacs) and vegan specific diets.

From the car park to the picnic area, there are 2 steps. There is no lift and no ramp.
You can bring your own food to the picnic area.
