We have devised a ‘Welcome Disabled’ Policy for our team to work in tandem with this Accessibility Guide with the aim of making the café a destination of choice for people with disabilities.

We aim to do this by educating and preparing our team in how to make disabled people feel welcome, safe and comfortable. We will ensure that our team are ready and able to do their best to help meet the individual needs of disabled customers so that they have a great experience at The Real Food Café.

We have other services for people with accessibility requirements.

Bookings

Whilst we operate a strict no bookings policy the only exception to this rule is for customers with accesibility requirements.

We have a limited number of tables available for pre-arranged bookings and will hold the reservation for up to 15 minutes. The cafe gets very busy at peak times and so we would strongly recommend that you book in advance.

To book email info@therealfoodcafe.com or call 01838 400235 or send a private Facebook message to the café.
