Quarry House is a 19c stone built house, located on a quiet lane in the hamlet of Moneystone. In the Churnet Valley of Staffordshire and close to the Peak District National Park. It is detached and sits in a large garden with a paddock attached. Accommodation provides 2 double bedrooms upstairs, sitting room, dining room and kitchen with two bathrooms. One upstairs shared between bedrooms, and a downstairs wet room off the kitchen. There is a new wooden pod in the garden providing an extra sleeping area for 2. The pod has a WC and basin.

Access to the lounge/sitting area is from the front hall area once the front door has been closed the external door opens to the right thereby blocking the extrance to the sitting room. The front external door then has to be closed to access the lounge area.

The front door has a step that is 6-8" high.
Getting around outside
Access to rear garden has to be via the cottage itself. The lawn area is not loevel from the front of the house to the rear.

Door threshhold is not level. Door frame has to be negotiated
