PREMIER SUITES Newcastle is located in the heart of this vibrant city. Ideally located for business or pleasure trips, you will find PREMIER SUITES serviced apartments the ideal alternative to a traditional hotel. Enjoy the space and flexibility to make your stay a real home from home. Each of our 28 Tyneside serviced apartments are bright and contemporary in style. With a choice of either one or two bedrooms, all have spacious, open-plan living area with modern kitchens and we have Wi-Fi internet access throughout and on-site parking is available.

The main entrance has level access. with a lift and a ramp. The ramp is permanent.

Travel by public transport

You can get to PREMIER SUITES Newcastle by bus, train and metro.
PREMIER SUITES Newcastle is 0.2 miles from the Central Railway Station which is less than 5 minutes walk via Waterloo Street. When traveling into Newcastle International Airport the Metro will bring you to Newcastle Central Station. There are several bus stations in the city all with in walking distance of the property. Eldon Square Bus concourse 0.5 miles, Haymarket bus station 0.6 miles and National Express Coach Park is very close to the railway station again 0.2 miles. The bus stop is 0.1 miles / 0.2 km from PREMIER SUITES Newcastle .
The nearest train station is Newcastle Central Station . The train station is 0.2 miles / 0.3 km from PREMIER SUITES Newcastle .
The nearest underground station is Newcastle Central Station . The underground station is 0.2 miles / 0.3 km from PREMIER SUITES Newcastle .

Newcastle does not have an underground as such but a Metro System which is highly recommended for transportation around the area.

Travel by taxi

You can get a taxi with Budget Taxis by calling 0191 2985050. The taxi company has a wheelchair accessible vehicle.
You can get a taxi with Dean Taxi's by calling 0191 444 4444. The taxi company has a wheelchair accessible vehicle.

PREMIER SUITES Newcastle does not offer a taxi transfer service however, our staff would more than happily assist in arranging transportation for our guests

Parking

We have a car park. The parking is less than 50 metres from the main entrance. Parking is not free.
There is a drop-off point at the main entrance. The drop-off point does not have a dropped kerb.
From the car park to the entrance, there is level access. There is a permanent ramp.
There is a lift. The route is 1450mm wide, or more.

The car park is in the lower level of the property. Once into the building the lift is accessible from this floor.

main entrance to the building is locked. Contact reception for entry by pressing 99 bell. Alternative codes would be issued if arriving outside of the office opening times.

The check-in desk has a low section for wheelchair users. You can sit down at reception.

Bedrooms have ceiling lights, bedside lamps and natural daylight.
Lights are energy saving. TVs have subtitles.
All bedrooms are non-smoking.
We have non-allergic bedding.

All bedding is featherless. We can give details of our cleaning products on request.

From the main entrance to the bedroom, there is level access. There is a lift. The route to the bedroom is 1000mm wide, or more. The bedroom door is 830mm wide. There is 800mm at the side of the bed. The bed is 700mm high. There is 10mm under the bed.
The bedroom is flexible (either double or twin). The bathroom is ensuite. The bathroom door is 800mm wide.
The bathroom has a separate shower. The shower has a handrail.
The bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower. The shower has a handrail. The bathroom has a bath.
The bath has a handrail.
The direction of transfer onto the toilet is to the left and right. There is 220mm at the side of the toilet.
There is 1000mm in front of the toilet. The toilet seat is 400mm high.
The basin is 840mm high. The taps are lever operated. There is no space under the basin.

Please note outside office hours we are not able to assist customers with disabilties who require assistance in evacuating the buidling in case of an emergency. All guests must identify any disabilty prior to arrival to discuss any concerns or emergency procedures.
