The Penthouse is a duplex apartment on the top floor of the Coble Quay apartment buildings which you can get ot on a large number of steps (roughly, 6 flights of steps) or access via lift which is operational 24 hours a day. Outside there is a secure under-croft store unit and designated parking spaces for two cars.
