Oaklands is situated in the beautiful, friendly village of Warkworth in Northumberland. There are lovely walks around the riverbank, which is teeming with local wildlife including herons, foxes, kingfishers, ducks, swans and even seals at high tide. You can walk to Warkworth’s far reaching, unspoilt sandy beach in around 10 minutes.
This stunning property sleeps up to 12 people alongside accepting one well behaved dog. With 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, lounge, snug, dining room, and spacious kitchen with dining area, this property gives you plenty of space to relax and solicalise in the sameplace.

The private driveway can accomndate up to 8 cars, the driveway is gravelled and there is access to park a car right outside of the steps up to the main entrance. There is a rear entrance that you can use which has level acess from the gravelled drive to avoid using the steps at the front. This will lead you in next to the utility room and kitchen area.

If you were to access the utility from the main entrance it is the last door on the right of the hall way straight ahead of the entrance. There are 5 steps up from the driveway to the main entrance.

The Kitchen is located straight ahaead in the first door on your left hand side after the staircase as you enter the property from the main entrance. There are 5 steps up to the main door and then there is level access once inside the property.

Getting around outside
There are 19 steps in total from the main entrance down to the grassed area of the garden. There are 5 steps down from the main door to the gravelled driveway. There are a further 14 steps down from the driveway to the grassed area.

If you wish to access the patio area internally there are 5 steps up to the main door,level access throughout the property to the side patio door where there is 1 step down. If you wish to access the patio from the rear door, there is level access from that door through to the patio door and again one step down. You can also access the patio externally from the front of the property. You woud walk around the front of the property to the side where you can access the patio.
