The kitchen has all of the usual appliances, including an electric oven with gas hob, Dualit toaster and kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with a selection of pods included (more supplies available locally), microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and top-of-the-range American-style fridge/freezer with integral wine cooler.
The dining table seats 4 and overlooks the pretty garden. The French doors open up for you to sit outside during the warmer months – perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sunshine.

Getting around outside
To the rear of the house, the garden can be accessed from the open plan kitchen/dining room through French windows. From there, it leads out to a well-maintained decked area, then on the next level of decking is the pretty outside seating. On the next level down there is the lawned garden which leads out to the ember path at the garden through a locked gate.
