Set within 30 acres of beautiful Cornish countryside.Sleeping 6,2 Private gardens, Play park and own Sauna. Only a 10 minutes’ drive of the rugged North Cornwall beaches, coastal footpaths, dramatic moorland, forestry walks and country market towns.Its a Proper Job!

We have a car park. The parking is less than 50 metres from the main entrance. Parking is free.
There is a drop-off point at the main entrance. The drop-off point does not have a dropped kerb.
From the car park to the entrance, there is level access.

Parking area.The surface is flat gravel / stone leading on to patio slabs. There are two doors to access the cottage, the first door is via a slope the door being 90cm wide with a disabled type threshold, the second door is reached by a pathway with a gentle slope the door being 90cm wide with a wood threshold 40mm

From the main entrance to this area, there is level access.

Sauna and exercise room accessed via outside garden pathways leading to the log Cabin, the door being 78.5cm with a 112mm threshold the door to the sauna room being 52cm with a 6cm threshold. The exercise equipment includes a rowing machine and exercise bike.
