Welcome

The Marylebone Theatre is London’s newest cross-cultural, performance space. Once known as the Steiner Hall, the theatre has undergone an extensive refurbishment, as a result of which it is now a versatile, state-of-the-art space, launching with an exciting programme of theatre performances, concerts, dance and spoken word events.

Level access

The main entrance has level access. The ramp is permanent.

BY TUBE

‍The nearest underground stations are Marylebone, accessible via Bakerloo line, and Baker Street served by the Bakerloo, Circle, Hammersmith & City, Jubilee and Metropolitan lines. Both stations are only 5 minutes' walk from Marylebone Theatre.

BY TRAIN

Marylebone Theatre is 5 minutes' walk from Marylebone train station. Euston and Paddington train stations are 25 minutes walk from Marylebone Theatre. King's Cross St. Pancras station is 15 minutes by tube from Baker Street station.

Travel by taxi

You can get a taxi with Cab Service London by calling 020 8037 9111. The taxi company has a wheelchair accessible vehicle.

Parking

There is parking near the venue. There are accessible parking spaces. The parking is less than 50 metres from the main entrance. Parking is not free.
Our nearest drop-off point with a dropped kerb is approximately 100m away from the venue, just down the road from the main entrance, subject to availability. From the car park to the entrance, there is level access. There is a permanent ramp.

The closest parking available is directly opposite the theatre outside COOP and on Regent's Park outer circle, close to the theatre, which is free after 6.30PM. The theatre is outside of the congestion zone.

The closest secure parking space is NCP London Marylebone Road, 5 minutes' walk from us and Q PARK - Church Street, 10 minutes' walk from Marylebone Theatre.

The lift is 800mm wide. The lift is 1000mm deep.
The lift buttons have raised numbers or letters.
Our lift has two pull open doors and a scissor gate to access on entry and exit. It unfortunately does not make any announcements. Should you require assistance, please ask a member of staff.

Wheelchair Platform

From the main entrance to the viewing area, there is level access. The route is 1000 wide, or more. The door is 1000 wide.
The wheelchair spaces are sheltered. Personal assistants and friends can sit with wheelchair users.
Stewards can bring food and drink to wheelchair users.

The table and plates have high colour contrast.
We cater for sugar free (diabetic), vegetarian, gluten free (celiacs), lactose free (dairy free), low fat, low potassium, high fibre, vegan, kosher and halal specific diets.

The outdoor terrace is outside the main entrance door. This doorway is 75cm wide but can also be extended to 150cm at request.

Customer care support

Any area within the theatre is within 100m of the main road where assistance dogs are able to go to the toilet.
We have an area to charge mobility scooters and battery powered wheelchairs.

We have various accessible plug sockets throughout the venue. Please ask a member of staff for assistance should you wish.
