Welcome

Level is a contemporary Art Centre based in Rowsley in Derbyshire. We’re open year-round with an exciting programme of visual art exhibitions and digital installations, alongside artists residencies and creative workshops.

Level access

The main entrance has level access.

Travel by public transport

You can get to Level Centre by bus.

We have a car park. There are accessible parking spaces. The parking is less than 50 metres from the main entrance. Parking is free.

We have emergency evacuation procedures for disabled visitors.

Customer care support

Some staff have disability awareness training.
Some staff have Next Generation Text training.
Some staff have BSL training.
We have information in audio and large print.
We have other services for people with accessibility requirements.

We can tailor our digital installations by lowering the sound and brighteness and can provide bean bag sttyle seating and sensory equipment if required.

We have a quiet space with sofas that can also be made darker.

We have a changing rrom with accessible shower, shower bed and mobile hoist.
