Welcome

Jess' Tree Bach is a modern, stylish retreat perfect for romantic getaways or family breaks. Nestled in tranquil woodland overlooking fields, it is the ideal place to relax and unwind. The lodge is all on one level with a fully equipped kitchen, double shower and a master bedroom featuring an electric skylight for watching the stars. Guests can relax in their own private hot tub in our glorious surroundings.

Travel by public transport

Due to our rural location, there are no immediate public transport links. We recommend guests use their own transport or book taxis. 

The nearest bus and train stations are situated in Banbury. 

Travel by taxi

You can get a taxi with Banbury Taxi Service by calling 01295 272722. The taxi company has a wheelchair accessible vehicle.
You can get a taxi with Ambassador Cars by calling 01295 25 22 22. The taxi company has a wheelchair accessible vehicle.

Parking

We have a car park. The parking is less than 50 metres from the main entrance. Parking is free.
There is a drop-off point at the main entrance. The drop-off point does not have a dropped kerb.
From the parking to the main entrance, there are 7 steps. There is no ramp and no lift.

There is a slope from the car parking space to the kitchen/diner entrance, which has one small step and a low threshold into the property.

From the street to the main entrance, there is level access.
There is a permanent ramp.

Main entrance

The main entrance has 1 steps.
This entrance has a handrail.
The main door is side hung and manual.
When you arrive, we can help carry your luggage.

There are 7 steps, 600mm wide and 200mm high,  from the car park to the main entrance into the kitchen/diner door. Alternatively, there is a gentle gravel slope up to the living room door entrance, which is 1680mm wide and has a 120mm high theshold.

All bedrooms have windows.
Bedrooms have ceiling lights, bedside lamps and natural daylight.
Lights are energy saving. All bedrooms are non-smoking.
We have non-allergic bedding.
No bedrooms have fitted carpets.
We can provide details of our cleaning products on request.

We have an open plan kitchen.
From the main entrance to the kitchen, there is level access.
From the main entrance to the kitchen, there is 1 step. There is no lift and no ramp.
The table and plates have high colour contrast.

Once inside the lodge, everything is on one level with no thesholds or steps.

The rear deck is accessed through wide doors off the living room. The doors are 1680mm wide, with a 120mm high theshold stepping down onto the deck.

There is one step on to the terrace from inside the lodge, then two steps up to the hot tub.

Registered Assistance Dogs can use the grounds, but please clear up after your dog as children play in all areas of the grounds. No other dogs are permitted on site.
We have an area to charge mobility scooters and battery powered wheelchairs.

A long charging cable will be needed.

You can hire mobility equipment from Mobility Hire by calling 0800 111 6234.
