With the benefit of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a kitchen/dining room, lounge and additional snug room, Highfield House also has a fully enclosed garden with ample outdoor seating to take in the fresh country air and views.  This gorgeous cottage is equally suited to families and couples alike, and welcomes up to 2 dogs.

Nestled between the stunning sandy beaches and breath-taking Cheviot Hills, with gorgeous countryside views looking out towards the coast, and with the market town of Alnwick an easy 15 minute drive south, you have everything you could want during your Northumberland break just minutes away.

We have a car park. The parking is less than 50 metres from the main entrance. Parking is free.
There is a drop-off point at the main entrance. The drop-off point has a dropped kerb.
From the car park to the entrance, there is level access. There is a permanent ramp.

There is a permanent built in ramp from the driveway to the front door of Highfield House. Alternatively, there is a small step on to the decking area from the driveway, and then a step up from the decking to the path by the front door.

Getting around outside

From the main entrance to the gardens, there are 7 steps. There is no lift and no ramp.

There is side access from the front of the property around to the back garden. There is one step around the side to the patio area at the back. There are 6 additional steps from the patio area up to the back lawn and garden summer house. The rear garden can be accessed through the house too. There is one step down from the kitchen to the patio area, then again 6 steps up to the lawn from the patio.

At the front of highfield House, there is a decking area with seats to enjoy the view looking over the fields towards the coastline. There is one step up on to the decking from the driveway, and one step down from the front door and path.
