Welcome

Sparham Hall Farm is the perfect place to get away and reconnect with family and friends.  Stay in stunningly converted barns designed to cater for every need hidden at the heart of a working farm in a glorious part of the Wensum Valley.

The Forge is one of three properties which can either be occupied independently or together.  The Forge has three bedrooms which sleep up to 5 people, it also has a single sofa bed in the sitting room.  The master bedroom has a super king bed and its own shower room.  

The stunning bespoke kitchen has glass doors opening into the secure and  private garden.  There is underfloor heating throughout and free wifi.

The nearest bus stop is approximately 1 mile away. It is situated at the turning to the village of Sparham on the A1067 The bus stop is 1 miles / 1.6 km from The Forge.

We have a car park. The parking is less than 50 metres from the main entrance. Parking is free.
The closest drop off point is by the Cart Shed. From the parking to the main entrance, there is 1 step. There is no ramp and no lift. The Cart Shed.

Getting around outside

From the main entrance to the gardens, there are 5 steps. There is no lift and no ramp.

The entrance to the private garden is through the kitchen.

It has a terraced area with table and chairs.  It is a secure garden.  There are double glass doors from the Kitchen into the garden.  The garden does have lighting on the terrace.

From the main entrance to this area, there is level access. To get to a table, there are 1steps steps.

The shared courtyard has level access apart from the step leaving the property.  To get to the covered area there is one step or a ramp, both have handrails.

We have an area to charge mobility scooters and battery powered wheelchairs.

The ownerrs are next door and are normally always onsite.  They cannot guarantee 24 hour availability unless this is soemthing that has been arranged at the time of booking.
