Taxi dropoff area available at side of building. 9 concrete steps from dropoff area to main entrance level of building. A further 8 steps from inside building to apartment level on first floor.  No dogs nor pets allowed. Intercom system in place into apartment.

9 concrete steps from street level to main entrance of building. Main door 1.0 metres wide hinged on left. Keyhole 1.3 metres above top step level. From inside main entrance a further 8 internal stairs up to flat 4 on first floor level. Entrance door into apartment is 800mm wide and hinged on left. Main building entrance door operated by an assisted door closer.
