Welcome

Flat 12 is a Harbour-side flat on the main Island of St. Marys with superb sea views over the harbour and beyond to the nearby islands of Tresco and Round Island. It's prime centrally located position means local shops, the quay, restaurants and transport links are all within short walking distance. We aim to make our flats as comfortable as possible so you can relax in surroundings just like home.

Flat 12 makes an ideal base for visiting the Isles of Scilly. The islands have a wealth of places to explore – white sandy beaches, hidden coves, 30 miles of coastal paths and nature trails, 9 miles of roads to cycle, garrisons, rock-pools, and archaeological sites.

Spectacular view of St. Mary's harbour from the flat.
