Accessibility equipment

There is a small patch of land marked for dogs on the right, towards the end of Malpas road, just before the small roundabout (turn left as you go down the font steps). There are also steps on your left as you head to the roundabout. This is popular with walkers / hikers as there are nice fields at the top. However, it may not be suitable for the visually impaired or immobile as there are a lot of steps. Please note, Malpas Road does not have a pavement, so guests have to walk by the side of the road.
You can hire mobility equipment from Cornwall Mobility by calling 01872 254920.

Emergency evacuation procedures

The fire alarm has flashing lights.

Smoke alarms and heat alarms have flashing lights in addition to being very loud

Customer care support

The owner and his wife are available 24 hours by phone. We have a network of local tradesmen and helpers that we can call on to deal with any unforseen problems.
