Welcome

Eldroth House is a superb stone built property in the idyllic rural village of Eldroth. It offers extremely well furnished and spacious one and two bedroom accommodation close to the market town of Settle, The tranquil gardens with running stream and small orchard are ideal for relaxing after a day’s walking, cycling, sightseeing or shopping. Eldroth House Holiday Cottages comprise of the two bedroomed Cottage sleeping 4 and the one bedroom Barn sleeping 2.  Children and pets are welcomed in the Cottage but not the Barn due to its smaller size.

We have a car park. The parking is less than 50 metres from the main entrance. Parking is free.
There is a drop-off point at the main entrance. The drop-off point has a dropped kerb.
From the car park to the entrance, there is level access. The route is 840mm wide, or more.

All bedrooms have windows.
Bedrooms have ceiling lights, wall lights and bedside lamps.
Lights are LED, energy saving and traditional filament. All bedrooms are non-smoking.
We have non-allergic bedding.
Some bedrooms have fitted carpets.
No bedrooms have level access. The bedroom nearest the main entrance has 13 steps.
We have bathrooms with a separate shower.
We have bathrooms with a bath.

From the main entrance to the kitchen, there is 1 step. There is no lift and no ramp.
The table and plates have high colour contrast.
