The cottage is situated in Edlington which is a quiet picturesque hamlet situated 2 miles outside Horncastle, the gateway to the Lincolnshire Wolds; an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
This charming cottage stands by itself with its own lawned garden within the grounds of Edlington Hall. It enjoys superb views over the surrounding countryside towards Lincoln.
The Cottage is spacious, has two bedrooms (sleeps four people) and has WIFI. It is ideally suited for anyone wishing to explore the local countryside. The Wolds are on the doorstep with many lovely walks.

The nearest train station (Metheringham) is roughly 15 miles away; there are wheelchair ramps at the station, taxis can be arranged for collection at the station.
Parking
The front door has 1 step and a doorsill, the step is 4” high, 14” deep, and is wider than the 26” door, and the sill is 5” high. The keyhole and handle is on the left-hand side and is 41” high. There is a small step inside the door, 7” deep, 3.5” high with a 2” sill. The door is hinged on the right.
