Welcome

Hello!

We are a Family run traditional Cumbrian Inn serving homecooked food, local Real ales. We have a wide range of spirits, an excellent Wine list & offer Cosy overnight Accommodation in any of our 6 bedrooms.

We have a welcoming cosy environment with Log Fires, a Riverside Beer Garden, Terraced Garden & Second floor restaurant.

We welcome families, offering high chairs & baby change facilities.We are very Dog Friendly in the Bar & restaurant always happy to provide treats & water !

Assistance Dogs are most welcome to stay overnight in our designated Bedroom.

The door is 940mm wide.
The main entrance has 2 steps.
The main door is side hung and manual.
The other entrance door is 800.00mm wide.
to the rear of the Pub from main car park at right side of building.

Easiest Wheelchair access is from our main car park - level surface with slight Lip on the rear door.

Place to eat and drink

From the main entrance to the dining area, there is level access. To get to a table, there are no steps.
If you need table service, staff can help you.
The route through the dining area is 800mm wide, or more.
There is background music sometimes.
The table and plates have high colour contrast.
We cater for vegetarian, gluten free (celiacs), lactose free (dairy free), nut free, low fat and vegan specific diets.
