Welcome
Dolbeare Park is a quality family caravan, camping and glamping park location in South East Cornwall. The park is very accessible and is less than a mile from the A38.
We have hardstanding pitches for caravans and motorhomes and grass pitches for tents. We also have two luxury glamping tents and a Eurotent for hire in the summer.
The park has gravel roads with a very slight incline surrounded by countryside. There is a modern smart amenity block with facilities for disabled users including dishwashing. There is a small shop for essentials, takeaway, laundry and information centre. There is a low level play area for children. Dogs welcome.

Parking
The entrance to the park is a flat tarmac road with designated parking for disabled visitors. Once through the barrier on the park, the roads are all gravel. Guests can park adjacent to their caravans/tents.
Disabled visitors can either park in the disabled bay at Reception or can park adjacent to caravan for those with very limited mobility. The guest would then need to move their vehicle to the car park as each pitch only has room for one car.

Caravan and camping park just has a barrier to the park. There is a Reception/shop that is a flat walk into. A standard wheelchair can access but a motorised wheelchair cannot access. Please press the 'Intercom' button and you will be assisted.
The main entrance consists of the entrance, visitors parking, disabled parking, barrier into the park, reception, shop and laundry. This area is all tarmac and flat.
Getting around inside
Reception, shop and takeaway are located at the main entrance to the park and this is level access.
From the main entrance car park to reception is a level path.
You can get standard size wheelchairs into the Reception area. However, guests are more than welcome to press the 'Intercom' button and we will come to them.
Outside reception, there are seats and a table that new arrivals or guests are more than welcome to use.
Site facilities
The disabled shower and toilet is to Doc M standards and is suitable for a standard size wheelchair. There is a red emergency cord for help.

The shower has a shower head and a hand held shower attachment.
Laundry with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron
There is a large tumble dryer that is also front loading. There is a seat to sit on whilst waiting. We are happy to assist those guests who are unable to access the laundry and will put their washing on, tumble dry and return to them.
Shop
Dolbeare Park shop/reception
This is a small shop and we will help guests to purchase any items. For those in motorised wheelchairs that are unable to access, please use the Intercom and we will come and assist you.
Information Centre
This is a wooden information centre that contains a seat. Double doors can be opened for easy access. If you need any help accessing, please ask at Reception who will be happy to assist.
Getting around outside
The park top part of the park has a slight incline. The roads are all gravel so sometimes wheelchairs can find it a bit tricky at times. Motorised wheelchairs are absolutely fine.
Customer care support
16 amp electric is available on every hardstanding pitch. We also have camping pitches with either 16 amp electric or 10 amp electric.
Emergency evacuation procedures
Upon arrival, all guests that have disabilities must advise Reception. This means that in the event of an emergency, we know how to communicate with you. As guests are either bringing their own caravan, motorhome or tent, they woud have the emergency systems in place that are suitable for their needs.

Proprietors live on site and wardens cover when they are on holiday or away from the park.
