Welcome

Lyndsay and Mark offer you a warm welcome to our award-winning bed and breakfast in Cheltenham – we look forward to greeting guests both old and new.

Our Guest House is a classic Regency Grade II listed building, located in central Cheltenham. We have six rooms, three of which are en-suite. Our aim is to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The main entrance has 8 steps and a handrail. There is no lift and no ramp.

The menu is in large print.

Staff are available 24 hours a day.

Travel by public transport

You can get to Crossways Guest House by bus and train.
Cheltenham Bus and Coach Station is about half a mile from us. The bus stop is 0.5 miles / 0.8 km from Crossways Guest House.
The nearest train station is Cheltenham Spa. The train station is 1.3 miles / 2.1 km from Crossways Guest House.

Guests are advised to get a taxi from the railway station.

Travel by taxi

You can get a taxi with A2B by calling 01242580580. The taxi company has a wheelchair accessible vehicle.
You can get a taxi with Spa-Tax by calling 01242 807666. You can get a taxi with Starline by calling 01242 250250. The taxi company has a wheelchair accessible vehicle.

Parking

There is a drop-off point at the main entrance. The drop-off point has a dropped kerb.

We can provide Zone 1 street parking permits for guests. Weekend parkign may be available.

Bedrooms

All bedrooms have windows.
Bedrooms have ceiling lights, bedside lamps and desk or table lamps.
Lights are LED and energy saving. Some lights can be controlled independently.
TVs have subtitles.
All bedrooms are non-smoking.
We have non-allergic bedding.
All bedrooms have fitted carpets.
Please let us know in advance of any requirements you may have in regard to allergies, materials etyc
We can move the bedroom furniture, to improve accessibility.
From the main entrance to this area, there is level access.

Place to eat and drink

Breakfast Room

From the main entrance to the dining area, there is level access. The route is 750mm wide, or more. The door is 750mm wide.
To get to a table, there are no steps.
The menu is offered in large print.
If you need table service, staff can help you.
The route through the dining area is 800mm wide, or more.
There is no background music.
The table and plates have high colour contrast.
We cater for vegetarian, gluten free (celiacs), lactose free (dairy free), nut free, low fat and vegan specific diets.
