Welcome

The Coach House is a three bedroomed property with access to a ground floor bedroom.  The property is over 150 years old and has all the complexities to be expected of a heritage building.

The parking is less than 50 metres from the main entrance. Parking is not free.
There is a drop-off point at the main entrance. From the car park to the entrance, there is level access.

Bedrooms

All bedrooms have windows.
Bedrooms have ceiling lights, floor standing lights, bedside lamps and natural daylight.
Lights are LED and energy saving. TVs have subtitles.
All bedrooms are non-smoking.
We have non-allergic bedding.
All bedrooms have fitted carpets.
We can move the bedroom furniture, to improve accessibility.

The route to the bedroom is 750mm wide, or more. The bedroom door is 750mm wide. The bedroom is twin. The bathroom is ensuite. The bathroom door is 600mm wide.
The bathroom has a separate shower.

The ground floor twin room can be accessed via an external door  750mm.  The bedroom is suitable for people with limited mobility but who can still use steps to gain access to the rest of the property.  The shower room is directly next door to the bedroom but has a narrow access 580mm and so is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Self catering kitchen

We have a separate kitchen and dining room. From the main entrance to the kitchen, there is 1 step. There is no lift and no ramp.

The main entrance to the property is through a conservatory which has one step.  Once inside there is level access to the main lounge/dining room, kitchen and laundry.

Lower Lounge/Snug

From the main entrance to this area, there are 3 steps. There is no lift and no ramp.

From the main lounge and dining area there is a further lower lounge with open fire which is accessed via three carpeted wooden steps

From the main entrance to the gardens, there is level access.
The route is sloped. The route is 3000mm wide, or more.
