Welcome

Chapman Court is situated close to the seafront. Within 1 mile of local amenities and less than 200m to the nearest bus stop. Our holiday apartment is incorporated within a new purpose-built housing scheme, designed for older people. 

Our apartment is ideally located to allow you to explore the historic seaside town of Skegness during your stay. 

The apartment is available for two people and has been designed with comfort in mind. This will enable you to sit back and relax during your stay. Our apartment is centrally-heated and comprises of a fully furnished lounge, fully equipped kitchen-diner, twin bedroom, with profiling beds and bathroom with a shower.

Travel by public transport

You can get to Chapman Court by bus and train.
The nearest bus stop is on North Parade, 100m from Chapman Court. The bus stop is 0.2 miles / 0.3 km from Chapman Court.

The route to Chapman Court from the Railway station is mostly flat.

Walk south-east on Wainfleet Rd/A52 towards Berry Way

Continue to follow A52

Turn right onto Prince George St

Turn left onto Lumley Ave

Parking

There is parking near the venue. There are accessible parking spaces. The parking is less than 50 metres from the main entrance. Parking is not free.
Chapman Court has a rear car park, with limited parking. Please feel free to park here during your stay, however, this is subject to availability. The rear car park is an ideal location for a drop-off point, and is accessible via Park Avenue. From the car park to the entrance, there is level access. The path is sloped.

All bedrooms have windows.
Bedrooms have ceiling lights and bedside lamps.
Lights are halogen. All bedrooms are non-smoking.
We have non-allergic bedding.
No bedrooms have fitted carpets.

The route to the bedroom is 900mm wide, or more. The bedroom door is 900mm wide. The bedroom is twin. The bathroom is separate. It is not an ensuite.

The bathroom has a separate shower. The shower has a seat. The shower has a handrail.
There is a shower chair available. The direction of transfer onto the toilet is to the right. There is no space under the basin.

We have an open plan kitchen.
From the main entrance to the kitchen, there is level access.
The route is 800mm wide, or more.

The work surface is available at a height between 650mm and 900mm.
The hob is available at a height between 650mm and 900mm.
The sink is available at a height between 650mm and 900mm.
The oven is available at a height between 650mm and 900mm.

There is a dining table, with two chairs available in the kitchen.

From the main entrance to the lounge, there is level access. The route is 900mm wide, or more. The door is 900mm wide.

The TV has subtitles available.

The lounge has a 2 seater settee, and a high seated "Parker Knoll" style chair. There is a coffee table, waste paper bin and a tall lamp, giving a cosy feel in an evening.

Our seating area, which is maintained by our own grounds team, consists of 4 wooden benches, situated on a flat patio area at the rear of the property.

From the main entrance to this area, there is level access. The route is 850mm wide, or more. The entrance is 900mm wide.

Customer care support

Accessibility equipment

We have an area to charge mobility scooters and battery powered wheelchairs.

One mobility scooter storage space is allocated for use by the holiday accommodation occupants. Any additional storage cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability.

Emergency evacuation procedures

A self evacuation fire action notice is on display on the inside of the accommodation front door.
