A CHARMING SMALL COMFORTABLE FARM COTTAGE PERFECT FOR COUPLES OF ALL AGES WITH BEAUTIFUL COUNTRYSIDE VIEWS.

Located within the delightful rural setting of Boundary Farm, the Cart Lodge has been skilfully rebuilt to offer comfortable accommodation with a bedroom, ensuite shower, kitchen/diner and wonderful views of the countryside.

All on ground level, the cottage is wheelchair friendly with large wheel-in shower room, entrance ramp and shallow steps to the rear terrace.

The cottage is in a beautiful and peaceful rural setting yet only 1 mile from the historic market town of Framlingham and within easy reach of the Suffolk Heritage Coast and RSPB Minsmere.

We have an area to charge mobility scooters and battery powered wheelchairs.
