Welcome
Flying Horse Cottage is designed for accessible living. It is single storey with two outdoor seating areas, a terrace at the front and a decking area at the back. Both have extensive glorious views over farmland. There is a garden area accessible from the front and back with a ramp from the decking area. Inside the cottage has a tiled floor throughout and a kingsize bedroom with an ensuite wetroom fully equipped with a raised w/c, grab bars, shower with grab bars and shower seat upon request. The living area is open plan and easy to navigate with a wheelchair. There is designated parking outside the cottage with a level gravel pathway and terrace to the front door.

Both Eridge Station and Tunbridge Wells stations are approximately 2 miles away. Trains from Eridge go to London Bridge and trains from Tunbridge Wells go to London Bridge, Charing Cross and Cannon Street. Journey time 55 mins

Getting around outside
There are two outdoor seating areas. The terrace is outside the front door and has a small garden and magnificent views looking across Spratsbrook Farm and Tunbridge Wells. There is a table with four rattan chairs.
Outside the kitchen there is a door onto a decking platform with wonderful views over the garden, woodland and farmland. The decking area has a small table and built in benches. There is a ramp down onto the grass garden area.
