Welcome
Just behind The Swan sits the original home of Adnams Head Brewer – now converted into a delightful holiday home overlooking East Green and The Lighthouse.
Capable of sleeping eight (one Master Suite, two double bedrooms, and a sofa bed), the Brewer’s House is furnished to compliment its surroundings.
On the ground floor, there’s a spacious kitchen/diner as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and additional W.C., Master Suite with zip-link beds that can be made into twin beds or a double bed, as well as a bright lounge with a feature fireplace and a double sofa bed.

Guests arriving by train will need to pre book a taxi to collect them from the station.

Parking
Guests can park for free in the car park of the adjoining Swan Hotel. From here guests can access either main or rear entrance of the property.
There is no path between the property and the roadside. Guests can dropped off directly outside, although there are three reasonably sized steps to the front entrance.
The rear entrance can be access either by a side gate at the front of the property or, if you are approaching from the car park you gain access via the garden room area of The Swan Hotel. There are two steps at the rear entrance.

Accessible bedroom Ground Floor Bedroom
We have a ground floor bedroom that would allow access to a wheelchair user. Although the space next to the bed is not large enough for direct transfer from a wheelchair.
There is also a ground floor bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower. The entrance is quite narrow and once inside there is not enough room to manoeuvre a wheelchair. There is small step at the entrance of the shower.

The open plan kitchen diner is very spacious allowing ease of movement for wheelchair users.
The worktop, hop and sink are at a height of 900mm but the oven/grill and fridge are higher.

The lounge is on the first floor of the property and is not easily accessed by those with limited mobility.

There are two additional bedrooms on the first floor. These are not easily accessed by those is limited mobility.

There is a family bathroom upstairs. Again this is not easily accessible for those with limited mobility.

There is an additional toilet on the first floor. This is not accessible by those in a wheelchair.
Getting around outside
There is a small terrace to the side of the property with bench seating. This can accessed either via the rear entrance or by gates at the side and rear of the buidling.
