Welcome

The Braemar Gathering has been a highlight of the sporting calendar since 1832, and it is the most prominent and well-attended of Highland games, drawing vast crowds from all over the globe. From March 2019, visitors will also be able to enjoy the Braemar Highland Games Centre. The centre incorporates an exhibition hall, gallery, archive, café and shop. The exhibition explores the living traditions of the Highland games, focusing on the Braemar Gathering and it’s long-standing royal connections.

Housed in The Duke of Rothesay Highland Games Pavilion, the stunning new building was unveiled by Her Majesty The Queen in September 2018.
