Welcome

Bonnie & Wild’s Scottish Marketplace is a beautiful Food Hall in the heart of St James Quarter (Level 4) in Edinburgh. Easily accessible, you’ll find more than a dozen food stalls and speciality retailers, alongside three bars, private dining room, show kitchen and flexible events spaces, as well as open-plan seating for almost 400 people!

With an unrivalled food offering from our independent chef-led restaurants, you are truly spoiled for choice when it comes to eating out! And all with a focus on locally sourced ingredients.

Food served until 9pm Sunday -Thursday; 9.30pm on Fridays & Saturdays. All restaurants open from 12noon. Drinks, coffees, cakes, sandwiches, etc, available from 9am.

Travel by public transport

You can get to Bonnie & Wild's Scottish Marketplace by bus, train and tram.
Bus stops are on nearby St Andrews Square, Leith Street and York Place. The bus stop is 0.3 miles / 0.5 km from Bonnie & Wild's Scottish Marketplace.
The nearest train station is Waverley Rail Station. The train station is 0.3 miles / 0.5 km from Bonnie & Wild's Scottish Marketplace.
The nearest tram station is St Andrews Square and/or York Place Terminus . The tram station is 0.1 miles / 0.2 km from Bonnie & Wild's Scottish Marketplace.

There is parking near the venue. There are accessible parking spaces. The parking is less than 50 metres from the main entrance. Parking is not free.

Hauf & Howff bar

From the main entrance to the bar, there is level access. The route is 1200mm wide, or more.
The door is 1900mm wide.

The Hauf & Howff is our main bar, located as you enter Bonnie & Wild. You can order from the bar, or use the QR codes on every table to order online and have your drinks brought to you.

Public toilet

Accessible toilets at Bonnie and Wild

There is a public toilet for disabled visitors.
From the main entrance to the public toilet, there is level access. The route is 1200mm wide, or more.
The toilet door is 900mm wide.
The toilets have handrails.

We have two accessible toilets in addition to the gents and ladies' loos.

Place to eat and drink

From the main entrance to the dining area, there is level access. The route is 1200mm wide, or more. To get to a table, there are no steps.
If you need table service, staff can help you.

We cater for vegetarian, gluten free (celiacs), lactose free (dairy free), vegan and halal specific diets.
