Welcome

Balloch iCentre is located in the beautiful red sandstone Old Station Building in the centre of Balloch, directly opposite Balloch Central train station.  A warm welcome awaits you at Balloch VisitScotland iCentre where the knowledgeable staff will assist you in how to spend the perfect day in Balloch, providing you with a local map and many suggestions as to what you can do. You can also purchase discounted tickets for local attractions to include the Loch Lomond Sealife Centre and the Loch Lomond Bird of Prey Centre.  There is also a wide selection of Scottish gifts that can be purchased from the iCentre, such as Harris Tweed bags and purses, shortbread and a wide selection of guide books and maps.

The walls and the doors have high colour contrast.

Travel by public transport

You can get to Balloch iCentre by bus and train.
Balloch bus stance is located 300 metres from Balloch iCentre, next to the Co-op supermarket. The bus stop is 0.3 miles / 0.5 km from Balloch iCentre.
The nearest train station is Balloch Central. The train station is 0 miles / 0.0 km from Balloch iCentre.

Travel by taxi

You can get a taxi with T.O.A by calling 01389 754884. The taxi company has a wheelchair accessible vehicle.
You can get a taxi with Wrights Taxis by calling 01389 721020. The taxi company has a wheelchair accessible vehicle.

Parking

We have a car park. The parking is less than 50 metres from the main entrance. Parking is free.
There is a drop-off point at the main entrance. The drop-off point has a dropped kerb.
From the car park to the entrance, there is level access. The route is 850mm wide, or more.

We have contrast markings on all glass doors, contrast markings on all full-height windows and high colour contrast between walls and doorframes.
