Welcome

The Armoury is a historic stone building converted into self catering accommodaiton for up to 8 guests. There is a downstairs lounge and kitchen-dining room. Upstairs there are 4 twin bedrooms (one en-suite) and two family bathrooms. There is a patio area to the rear.

Parking

There is a drop-off point at the main entrance. The drop-off point has a dropped kerb.

Parking is available on the main street in Auchterader.

From the street to the main entrance, there is level access.

The main entrance has level access.
The main door is side hung and manual.

There is level access through the front and side doors to the property. The front door opens to a porch area with a second door leading to the lounge.

Getting around inside

Bedrooms

All bedrooms have windows.
Bedrooms have ceiling lights, bedside lamps and natural daylight.
TVs have subtitles.
All bedrooms are non-smoking.
All bedrooms have fitted carpets.
No bedrooms have level access. We have bathrooms with a separate shower.

Self catering kitchen

We have an open plan kitchen.
From the main entrance to the kitchen, there are 3 steps. There is no lift and no ramp.
The table and plates have high colour contrast.

There is a step down from the rear door to the kitchen or two steps up from the lounge to the kitchen-dining room. There is also a dining table in the lounge area that has level access from the lounge.

From the main entrance to the lounge, there is level access.

Getting around outside

Patio

From the main entrance to the area, there are 3 steps.

There are steps up from the back door to the patio area.
