Welcome

One of the world’s most contemporary gardens, The Alnwick Garden’s combination of provocative and traditional landscapes offer adventure and intrigue in the heart of Northumberland.

 

Featuring Europe’s largest wooden treehouse, a Poison Garden and Bamboo Labyrinth, The Garden also offers an expansive rose garden, climbing clematis and honeysuckle, as well as interactive water features and stunning ornamental garden.

Travel by public transport

You can get to The Alnwick Garden by bus and train.
The nearest bus stop is outside the Alnwick Playhouse which is approx. 500 metres walk from the entrance. The bus stop is 0.3 miles / 0.5 km from The Alnwick Garden.
The nearest train station is Alnmouth. The train station is 4.6 miles / 7.4 km from The Alnwick Garden.

Alnmouth railway station is on the East coast mainline.

Travel by taxi

You can get a taxi with The Yellow Taxi by calling 01665 541 250. The taxi company has a wheelchair accessible vehicle.
