Our WILLERBY RIO GOLD 35’ x 12’ wheelchair accessible caravan with wet room is set within the grounds of Summerfield Farm and offers panoramic views over open countryside towards Whitby Abbey in the distance.
The caravan benefits from its own private, completely self-contained grassed area and is an ideal location for enjoying the peace and tranquility of this beautiful part of North Yorkshire. It is accessed via a well lit, non-slip path and ramp and offers accessible holiday accommodation, including a wet room and accessible bedroom.

Travel by public transport
The bus service is the X93 which runs every 30 minutes into Whitby and Scarborough. The buses are wheelchair accessible.

The non-electric profile bed has a height of 570mm to the top of the mattress and a space of 260mm underneath the bed.
Washing Machine and Drier outside Abbey View Caravan
The washing machine and drier are located in an shed outside the caravan which can be accessed via two steps down from the decking. This area has uneven ground with a gravel surface to the front.

There is one rise recliner chair which has a seat height of 460mm.
There is a large corner sofa which has a seat height of 460mm.
There are also two small stools which have a seat height of 460mm.
There is a dining table which has a sofa as seating on one side with a seat height of 460mm. The table measures 690mm to the underside.
Getting around outside
You can also access the grassed garden area from the decking, via three steps with a handrail on one side.
There are four chairs with back and arm rests which have a seat height of 407mm and a small metal table on the grass which measures 688mm to the underside.
There is also a circular washing line.

There are two small wooden tables which measure 476mm to the underside, with two wooden, foldable chairs at each table. The chairs have backs, but no arm rests, with a seat height of 703mm.
